Mark W. Hansen
Mark W. Hansen is the founder of Shift Advisory Company. His work combines strategic facilitation, experience and transformation design, executive advisory support, and leadership alignment. The perspective behind the work is shaped by systems thinking, human-centered design, and a practical commitment to moving organizations from fragmented ideas to clear strategy and action.
The work is best understood as executive advisory rather than generic facilitation. Depending on the challenge, engagements may include facilitated leadership sessions, one-to-one executive coaching, experience-led design, and structured advisory support.
Mark is a certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator and is credentialed in Experience Economy and Transformation Economy design. These methods are used strategically in service of business outcomes, stronger leadership alignment, and practical movement.
